can we pass ca ipcc by just preparing scanner??

There is no certainty about it, however you must ensure that you cover ICAI study material and then think of scanner if need be, Practice manuals are capturing the language in which institute wants candidates to answer the questions, then why think of scanners, Only for trend analysis purpose you may opt for taking only initial pages of scanners from your friends, otherwise ICAI materials suffices.
