27 January 2012 can 12th class pursuing student register for IPCC?
a student who is pursuing diploma and if his provisonal result has declared,can register for IPCC?
plz tell asap..

and only after passing 12th You can Appear CPT,
and only after Qualifying CPT, You are eligible for IPCC
