sir, i have passed ipcc group 1 in november 2012.i have received my marksheet for the same but have not received passing certificate till date.my registration no is CRO0411976 THANKYOU REGARDS AARTI RAWAT

Pass certificates are not issued for having passed only one of the Groups. Pass certificate are issued only when you pass both the groups.
