It may be officially announced by ICAI in last week of December 2013 or First week of January 2014. However generally the exams commencing date is 2nd may 2014. In any case once date of examination announced by the ICAI it will not postponed except any abnormal incident taken place, till now i didn't noticed the postpone of exams commencing date till now.
So we can say postpone of exams commenced date once declared by ICAI is 0.00001%.
