I was purchased munish bhadari law book relevent for 2014 Nov exam. in that maximum no of members in private com is 200 amended applicable for This attempt. I download practice manual in that no change applicble now. and many are not not match with practice mnual. but in munish bhadari book wrote that this book is applicable for 2014 Nov. please help me

Check out whether this provision of Companies Act 2013 is among the notified Sections of Companies Act 2013 which are applicable for Nov 2014 exams.
