30 marks Company law.
20 marks ethics
20 marks communication.

10 October 2011 thank you sir..one more thing is that whether in co. law wht type of questions will be there?
i mean will there be a query for case laws or for the provisions..

10 October 2011 You can never say about that.... In the last exam there were only theory questions. But in the exam before it, there were a lot of practical questions so you should prepare for both.
