06 March 2014 I filled my ipcc form for group 1 may 2014 on 24 feb and posted it on 27 feb. but the last date for receipt without late fee was 28 feb. if my form did not reach before 28feb will it be rejected? please help.

.
Just bcoz small fee or 1,2 days delay icai may not harm to student
.
So concentrate on exam
