ICAI HAS MENTIONED THAT " INTO FORCE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT "
BUT EVERY WHERE ITS MENTIONED THAT NOT FOR NOV. 2013
AND WHAT IS IN THIS CHAPTER REMAINS IN SYLLABUS ?
