I have given IPCC- NOV last year but could not make it. i am going to give my second attempt in nov but i'm prepared very well beacause of summer internship and project reports etc am somebody told me that if i will leave attempt that will be also counted.Please can somebody tell me about it about it if i leave my that will be counted or not?

Dont worry about the counts, you just go head with your exam and any how the reply for your question is YES, that will also be counted.
