You look at your query. I have answered in the manner the question was asked. And my same answer is sufficient for your second question also. "You cant register for articleship training untill you clear atleast first group of IPCC."
In other words, You can register for articleship only after passing at least first group of IPCC. Not before that. I hope you are clear with your query now.
