28 September 2010 sir i am appearing for may 2011 ipcc grp 1 with only 6months left i m very tensed and very confused about how to start my preparations,i m very weak in accouts can someone plzzzzz guide me how to start and in how many months can i finish my sylabus so that i can start revision

Study with great determination.
Do hard work.
You will easily clear the exams.
Read each subject daily for a minimum of 1 hour.As you said you are afraid of accounts, read it more time. But u don't leave other subjects.
Study, don't read.

Kindly observe the points below:

1. Do think positively

2. Prepare a proper study plan and study according to the same.

3. Prepare a good revision schedule and follow the same strictly.

4. Do not change the books and notes quickly. Stick to the notes and books

5. Also refer ICAI study

6. Discuss the topics with your friend for better grip.

7. In CS and CA scanner plays an important role. So fully complete your scanner with the help of ICAI suggested.

8. During study notes the imp topic or make short notes. Refer them later during revision.

9. Prepare short notes for frequently asked questions and revise them properly.

10. Have faith in your abilities.
