if i register for both group of ipcc and pass in 1st and fail in 2nd group. so to give 2nd group examination will i have to register for 2nd group again?

no u have to fill up the examination form for 2nd group

No need to register again. once you register for both then its over, now you have to fill the exam form for 2nd group and pay the fees for that particular group..All the best

no need to regisrer for IPCC again. you can choose particular group or groups in exm. form.
