i have cleared my CPT in May 2012 & after that i have given 3 ipcc attemps but i got failed. now i want to start articleship before giving next ipcc attempt.

if you haven't cleared group 1, then i believe what you are looking for is conversion to direct entry scheme. If it is so, then kindly submit this form to ICAI http://220.227.161.86/27625bos-directca-form.pdf
Along with this form you need to execute Form 102 and 103 with the CA firm where you may start internship and submit copy of Form 103 to ICAI. You can have a look at the sample forms at http://icai.org/post.html?post_id=718 For actual execution, you need to purchase form 102 and 103 from ICAI.
