20 August 2012 Can a excise invoice be issued to a party having only CST no. who is purchasing on behalf of another party who has excise registration and goods dto be delivered to a third party location. Goods are excisable.

24 August 2012 As a seller you have to issue excise invoice
you have nothing to do whether buyer is having excise registration or not
