Hi I have query that I have a State Govt. Work for making Road and Bridge . Work will complete after 11 month. we raise the invoice but PWD is not accept the invoice . they says that no GST on Bridge. but they transfer the amount in my account without accept the invoice. my question is when we raise the invoice .please guide me

This is the case of continuous supply of services. If payment to be received is linked to the completion of an event under the agreement then before or within 30 days of the completion of such event else before or within 30 days of the receipt of payment.
