13 March 2015 kindly tell me that manual signature on bills and invoices are not allowed.
and how it can be done through DSC.

14 March 2015 Manual signature is allowed on bills and/or invoices. after amendment to finance act through budget 2015 digital signature is added as an option via rule 4C of service tax rules.

Proper information technology updations is required for digitally signing invoices
