We have invoiced to M/s. Blue Star limited on 30/05/2009 towards sale of eight motors (Parts of Air Conditioners). However, same material we have not yet dispatched. Due to some issues, we are planning to dispatch only six motors.
Please guide us what we have to do in this regard.

Whether the excise invoice has been made? If yes, then why the material was not dispatched? If the invoice is to be cancelled, it should be intimated within 24 hrs to the department. If however, no excise invoice has been made, there is no issue, you can clear e motors by making an appropriate invoice.
