Suppose there are 2 Joint Venture companies A and B having 3 interested directors. Company B holds certain shares of company A. Now Company B wants to avail loan from Bank. Company B use shares held by it of Company A as security. Now the question is, does any disclosure is required by the interested directors or what will be the procedure to avail loan and what will be duties of intrested directors?? reply soon
