I have Received Intimation under Sec.143(1) and Demand Raised Because of Mistake In Filled Return of A.Y.2012-13.Return is not filed with in due Date.But If mistake Resolved than again there is difference noticed in Demand Raised and final amount Payable by me..Than What Should I Do..???can I Apply for Rectification.?Due to Mistake Income is Changed.
