Intimation u/s 200a of the income tax act, 1961

14 April 2015 Dear Experts,

I have received intimation u/s 200A of the IT Act to pay demand U/s 156 and levy of fee u/s 234E. this demand being raised due to late payment made towards 26Q.

My query is how to make the payment of the same. under 26Q challan or under challan 281.

Please suggests.
