intimation u/s 143(1)

If from Bangalore CPC we don't receive intimation order and receive only cheque of lesser amount than claimed in that what is the procedure to get the intimation order u/s 143 from CPC bangalore

12 January 2011 CPC has outsource the refund dispatch to SBI, now SBI sends the Chq. & then wait for some days intimation will come directly to you.

After that you need to file the rectification with CPC for correct refund order.
