11 January 2013 hi expert,
if we are not paying full service tax liability as calculated. then is there any requirement to intimate to department for less payment of service tax liability? if yes, as per which rule?

12 January 2013 Dear Sudha why are you not paying full service tax ?? Are you taking the benefit of abatement scheme Notification No.26/2012 ???

If you are taking the benefit of the same then no intimation required because the ST-3 gives full intimation to department.

29 January 2013 sir, this is not because of abatement. we are not paying full service tax due to short fall of cash flow...

29 January 2013 You are collecting tax from Service recipient and sud pay the same on time otherwise how to file ST-3 ??
I am not aware about such practice .
