You should emphasis on corporate laws, prudential regulations of central bank (i.e. state bank), commercial laws and your banking companies act, company rules and corporate banking reporting mechanism. I believe you will win the case.

Please bear in mind that SC is very important and sensitive position so you need to be proficient in the following:
1. Registration and winding of of companies,
2. Corporate law regarding the company accounts, dividend, closure of books, audit, role of company secretary, legal provisions relating to AGM, EOGM, Statutory meeting and the circumstances of these meetings.
3. Legal provisions relating to changes in MOA and AOA, company business and conversion of non-financial banking institutions to a banking institution.
4. Prudential regulations relating to consumer banking, short term loans and long terms loans. In this category more important is the audit requirements for the clients applying for the loans. you may get these regulations from state bank office or its website.
5. Corporate reporting: annual filling of returns as per company law i.e. audited accounts, form of share distribution, directors reports, reports as required by banking companies act, you can see these requirements in banking companies act. cash reserve ratio and cash insurance requirements.
it seems to be lot of topics and material but in fact it is not too much and you dont need to memorise the legal provisions (if you can it would be good) you need to have an idea about all these referred above, you have to deal in all these stated matters once you are hired.
