1.wrong dressing sense 2.negative attitude towards previous CA firm/any employer 3.showing own weaknessess in trapping situation 4.lack of eye contact 5.lack of knowledge about the industry/company in which they are going for interview 6.Pretending command on the subject/fields in which generally they do not have. 7.getting sentimental when questions of emotional intelligence are asked 8.unprepared answers for the questions like where do you see yourself 5yrs down the line 9.language issue.sometimes people are not that fluent in english,so they maintain silence instead of answering a well known question in any way 10.lack of command over current business affairs,most of the time 1-2questions are asked by framing a small situation directly based on ongoing issue 11.ready presentations make good impact on interviewer,i.e. if you can explain your answer somehow with ready facts ,it makes positive impact.
