04 June 2011 We are in Composition scheme in karnataka State. Whether interstate purchase in allow? if so whether we have to pay difference of tax in local? if so far material difference tax to be paid.
Further we are doing govt of karnataka work & whether we can opt diffrence scheme for different work projects i.e. vat or cot ?

04 June 2011 According to me in case of interstate purchase CST will be charged if 'C' form is issued and charged rate applicable and in case C form is not issued than the local rate of the state of transferor is charged.
