USUAL PARAMETERS IN INT. CONTROL OF WASTE POWER PROD. UNITS ARE AS STATED BELOW.
1.Project Emissions levels due to transportation of waste to processing plants,( fly ash to brick manufacturers and transport of fluff)
2. average incremental distance for waste transporation (tonnes/truck) 3. what is the average CO2 emission factor for the trucks measured 4. the quantity of waste combusted in the year 5.quantity of combustion residues produced in the year (tonnes) 6.average truck capacity for combustion residues transporation (tonnes/truck) 7.average distance for combustion residues transporation (km/truck) 8. Project Emissions due to grid electricity consumption in processing plants calculated based on electricity consumption at both processing plants (measured with the installed energy meters and documented) and emission factor. 9.Measures to ensure the Results / uncertainty analysis 10.As per the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the energy exported to the Grid recorded from two independent meters viz., Main Meter and Check Meter and reading of main meter is used for billing. In the event of main meter not in operation / fails, the reading of the check meter if used for Billing. 11.The calibration of monitoring equipment IF maintained as per the requirement of regulatory agency like APTRANSCO. 12.Power Generation, Export & Auxiliary Consumption, fuel consumption if recorded daily and the same is being verified by Manager (O&M) and approved by General Manager (Operation). 13.Power Generation, Export & Fuel Consumption Month-wise data on Power Generation, export, import, fuel consumption and diesel consumption for the monitoring period:Month/ Year
14.Quantity of waste processed in theplant
Quantity of waste combusted /plastic combusted / organic and inorganic materials combusted
Composition of waste processed Composition of waste combusted PowerGeneration (kWh)PowerExport SUCH PARAMETERS ARE COMPARED QUARTER ON QUARTER BASIS TO CHECK CONSISTENCY AND VARIANCE ANANLYSIS MADE FOR FUTURE CONTROLS AND TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND PROFITABILITY. COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS IS MADE TO MEASURE CAPITAL EXP. BENEFITS. UNIT POWER PRODUCED COST COMPARED WITH SALE RATE OF UNIT OF POWER TO ASCERTAIN BREAK EVEN POINT . R.V.RAO
