Let me tell u there is no generalised format for internal audit reports... . . Generally internal audit report will be prepared depends on scope of audit and audit fee... . . Mainly intetnal auditor will report on internal control deficiancies...and its impact on company performance and recommendations to improve or introdusing new internal control policies that are in line with the size of company.. . .
