You have to prepare audit plan depend on scope of internal audit recd from company .. . .refer to scope and plan for how to audit . . identify internal control lapses in process and recommend steps to strengthen the process . . . you should report on mistakes,errors,control lapses and give impact of mistakes or control lapses and give your recommendation to make good for that
