Sir i want to know whether personal expenses of director or owner of company consider as expenses of company.... Eg:- mr A owner of Company Xltd purchase washing machine ,Tv etc..for own residence..whether that expenes considered as exp of comapny.....

A company is a seperate entity and owner is lender of company... Any expenses which spent for the business only will allowed as business exp.
