19 April 2012 Dear Sir,

Now today we have paying Service tax on GTA for the month of Mar 2012. Can we have to pay interest? rate of interest?

19 April 2012 U have to pay with interest at 18% p.a. If ur turnover for PY does not exceed Rs. 60 lacs, then interest is 15% p.a.

INTEREST RATE 15%(IN CASE TURNOVER IS UP TO 60 LACS)EXCEED 60 LACS INTEREST RATE WILL BE 18%.

19 April 2012 Interest rate is 15% Per annum if turnover not more than Rs.60lacs in case exceed Rs. 60 lacs then interest rate shall be 18% per annum.
