Interest on non filing and non payment

19 March 2015 Sir,

For the FY 2012-13 we have not filed the ITR and tax amount is 55000 including cess.

there are doubts in calculating interest u/s 234 A,B,C::

1) upto which date 234A interest shall be taken ??
2) 234B interest is 1% per month but for how many months??/
3) and confused in 234C interest calculation?
please help..

20 March 2015 PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ITR FROM INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. FILL IT. THE TAX AND INTEREST WILL COME AUTOMATICALLY.
