20 May 2016 What is the treatment of interest paid to banks and repayment of principal of loan taken on commercial office property before possession and after possession of office property?

What is beneficial, claim depreciation or keep office property as investment for LTCG?

20 May 2016 if you are doing business on property or giving on rent they you can claim intt. agasint the income of property.
if it is your investment then you can increase the cost of property.
