what is rate of interest on loan taken by emplyees from employer between the financial year 2009-10 and what is the maximum amount that can be taken without any interst in the same financial year?

There is no such rate or limit prescribed any where in respect of interest. this depends upon the mutual understanding or the policy of the company/organisation itself.
