Interest on FD in NRO A/c

04 August 2017 Sir My Client has made Fixed Deposit in NRO A/c. He had received Interest on FD but no TDS is deducted on interest amount in FY 2016-2017 Whether Interest on FD is taxable or not. Kindly suggest Thank You
