Sir, We have increased authorized share capital as on 25-Feb-2009 on Extra ordinary General Meeting from Rupees 5,00,000 (5,000 Equity Share of Rs. 50 Each) to 65,00,000 (65,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 100 each).But we have not Filled Form No 5 & Form No 23 till date. So can you calculate the amount of Interest Payable & Calculation Technique.
