Interest will be calculated @18%PA for the period for which payment is delayed. In your case, It will be charged from 07/06/2011 till the date of actual payment.
Provided further that if the total amount of service provided in previous year does not exceed Rs. 60 lakh then interest rate will be @15%pa.
