Inter unit transfer of material

If one 100%EOU is transferring raw material to another branch which is also 100%EOU than which unit can claim credit of VAT,CST AND Excise duty paid on such raw material ???

05 December 2013 Yes, you can transfer the cenvat credit of excise duty but it will be put in the excise return.
