07 April 2011 ours is a manufacturing co in Maharastra.... for running business we brought some bulk printing & stationaries to office, so he charged VAT can we take Input credit that VAT amount what he charged....

08 April 2011 Yes one can take setoff of input vat on printing and stationery. (if and only if the stationery is purchased and used for business)
