28 December 2009 one small information i need, company was purchase computer for business purpose,that company claim the input vat or not,if claim is possible means how many days it will take

28 December 2009 "business" means ?, does your company dealing in computer selling and purchasing. if yes you can claim the VAT input credit.
but if it's for your office use, you cann't claim for the same.

Can Computer become as a capital Goods?

if Yes then we can avail the VAT input?

29 December 2009 yes it is capital goods,purchased on three months before,it is possible to claim for this month
