One of my client is a registered dealer, engaged in Computer sales and services. As part of sales promotion, he is giving some products like pendrive, headphone, computer table etc. as gifts by billing a negligible amount (like Rs. 0.90) for the same along with the main product. Whether he is eligible for the input tax credt for that items? Kindly give answers asap.
