As we are manpower consulting services and providing services to goods exporting companies so we have one question here that we need to pay service tax for bonus and incentives given to employees

No service tax needs to be paid as the services provided by employee in course of his employment are not covered by the defination of service.Therefore no service tax liability. Sectionn 65b Clause 44(b)
