17 July 2012 We are working as a Stock Broking House & we have taken a Pied Piper Service from Pest Control (India) Pvt. Ltd. for our Office Premises.

Can we consider as a Input Service? or take a Service Tax Credit?

17 July 2012 If you are providing a service and such service is related to pest control, you are eligible.

For e.g storage and warehousing , renting of immovable property etc.,
