18 December 2018 I HAVE REGISTERED UNDER GST ACT IN MAHARASHTRA. I HAVE PURCHASED FROM RAJASTHAN & ABOVE GOODS SUPPLY TO ME IN RAJASTHAN. ALSO SUPPLIER MADE INVOICE WITH CGST & SGST. CAN I CLAIM THIS CGST & SGST OR NOT.
