10 May 2013 we have purchased some inter state purchase without C form and seller charged 14.5% Vat .
Now i want to asking that we can take the input credit of this Vat .
please help me

10 May 2013 no, input vat credit can be taken only if purchased from same state.
In this case of inter purchase, vat will form part of your cost of purchases
