23 August 2012 Mr Manish!

Yes! You can do so. The consignment can be sold before it touches land or sea of India. It is commonly called HIGHSEAS SALES.

But there is a procedure to follow.

a) You both sign on the agreement before goods lands in Indian area.

b) Thereafter new buyer will do all.

c) Payments between A and B can be exchanged after (a) above.
