pls let me know whether there is any discussion,regarding a circular to be issued by icai for ipcc passed students,who can give their ca final exams in last 12 months of there articleship. earlier it was 6 months.or is it just a rumour?

Its just a baseless rumour, as till 2day there is no such notification like as u got.
