Dear sir/madam,
If a director is taking education loan for his own from his company, so it will attract any of the section of corporate and allied laws?
If yes then what form has to be filled/submitted with ROC?

No, need to file any form with ROC. You only approve this through Board meeting.
If it is Public limited company then section 295 will be required to comply.
