Individual pay service tax on monthly

07 November 2013 My question is if a service provider (Individual) having services upto 15 Lakhs.
Can he pay service tax on monthly base.

Quarterly base option is also there but can he pay monthly.

07 November 2013 yes. he can pay monthly. there is no restrictions on paying monthly instead of quarterly
