17 December 2010 AN INCREASE IN THE AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL OF A COMPANY WOULD BE EFFECTIVE FROM WHICH DATE, THE DATE OF FILING OF FORM 5 OR THE DATE OF THE BOARD MEETING?

17 December 2010 The Increase in authorised capital will be effective from the date of passing of such resolution in shareholders meeting and not Board Meeting.

Form 5 will be filed with ROC within 3o days from the date of passing of resolution in general meeting.
