29 September 2014 There is a Pvt Ltd Co. There are Six Share holders in the company. The company wants to increase the Authorised Share Capital. What is the exact procedure now.

Thank you SIR for the reply. It is clear to me now. One more question Sir, What is the process of distributing these increased share capital among the existing share holders
